Tag Talks

Each day during Monarch Madness, staff will be on hand in the Nature Center from 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm to answer your questions about the tagging process, and tag butterflies that are ready to head out on their journey. The Ridges receives tags from the non-profit organization Monarch Watch, which we apply to the migrating monarch butterflies before they are released at the end of August. Tag or sponsor a monarch for $5 per tag.
