Occasionally, The Ridges has events with sponsorship opportunities for individuals, businesses, or both. Though we try to market those opportunities through email and social media, you can also check this page throughout the year for updates and special announcements. Natural Christmas
This free community event is made possible through the hard work of our staff and volunteers. There are two volunteers in particular we would like to highlight: Jane Whitney and Julie Knox spend hundreds of hours collecting materials, planning, and creating the magical experience that is Natural Christmas. Please join us in thanking them. It truly takes a village!
To help us cover the costs of this year’s events, we are seeking Natural Christmas sponsors. Sponsorship at any of the three levels below will receive a Ridges Christmas ornament from our Nature Store.
Cookie Sponsor: $100 – Helps us pay for treats, beverages, and materials.
Ornament Sponsor: $175 – Helps us pay for the time that goes into planning and executing this event.
Wreath Sponsor: $250 – The ultimate token of gratitude to Jane, Julie, and their team of elves who make Natural Christmas the magical event that it is.
Festival of Nature
2026 marks our 24th annual Festival of Nature, which is The Ridges’ keystone fundraising event. Even though the event itself takes place over Memorial Day Weekend, securing sponsorships starts months in advance. We are looking to secure next years’ sponsors by December 12, 2025. Sponsorship advertises your business among a diverse audience, with benefits including:
- exposure in 3,500+ printed guidebooks distributed March – June across Door County and Beyond
- recognition in press releases, social media, and a dedicated web page (last year’s sponsor post reached 500+ unique accounts; the website drew 4,500+ views ntaionwide)
- visibility at the Festival Dinner, where 150 guests see and hear your business featured throughout the evening.
