Stewardship Workshop: Invasive Species

Become your own land steward through our Stewardship Workshop series this summer at The Ridges! These workshops will focus on local environmental issues and what landowners can do to better manage and protect their own property. Land Manager Sam Hoffman will lead discussions and demonstrate different techniques ranging from plant identification and invasive species control, to promoting diverse wildlife habitats in your own backyard. Participants will receive take home materials to help them practice stewardship on their properties!

Pre-registration required. Suitable for ages 18 & up.

Fee: Public $25 | Members and Volunteers $20 

Accessibility Considerations: Daytime program. All workshops will involve walking on uneven terrain and may involve bending over or lifting equipment.
