2025 Crane Symposium

Join us for a weekend in celebration of Wisconsin Cranes!

From our Kids Birding Hike to our Midwest Crane Count, there are endless ways to celebrate and learn about Wisconsin’s Sandhill Cranes during The Ridges Crane Symposium. This year’s Keynote Presentation will feature Anne Lacy, Director of Eastern Flyway Programs – North America for the International Crane Foundation. Anne will address the future of North American cranes and efforts to protect them, particularly the Sandhill Crane given the recent proposal for a hunting season.
