DESCRIPTION:Planting Day at Appels Bluff\n\n\n\nJoin us at Cook-Albert Fuller Nature Center parking lot at 10:00 am for the Boreal Climate Survivability Tree Planting project\, a collaboration between the Climate Change Coalition of Door County and The Ridges Sanctuary. Please arrive punctually\, since we will be carpooling to Appels Bluff for this planting. This plot requires a 2-mile hike out and back. We will provide planting tools however\, come prepared to get dirty! If you make it to the Upper Range Light\, prepare yourself for a ghostly encounter…  \n\n\n\nBring the family for a self-guided hike on Hidden Brook Boardwalk and interact with our spooky team along the way to learn about all about the things that go bump in the night at The Ridges! This event is appropriate for families of all ages. Costumes are encouraged! \n\n\n\nPre-registration is not necessary but encouraged. Tickets can be purchased at the Cook-Albert Fuller Nature Center upon arrival.
