Lake Lesson: Climate Resiliency and Climate Smart Living with Jeff Lutsey
September 14, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Let’s meet, discuss, and explore the climate-forward actions we can take at home and in the community, including tree-planting, composting, home improvements, and more. And we’ll see that many climate mitigation and climate resiliency actions have co-benefits related to improving human health, ecosystem health, and community collaboration.
The Ridges honors its history of accessible and impactful conservation education through Lake Lessons. These Thursday evening programs feature topics about the Great Lakes and surrounding habitats. Lake Lessons are from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm at the Cook-Fuller Nature Center.
