Join us for a Ridges Healing Hike with Author Jess Grasse
Experience the hike featured in “Healing Hikes of Door County” with author Jess Grasse! Enjoy the beauty of the Sanctuary during this reflective and restorative experience. The program will start at the Cabins with a conversation with Jess, then we’ll embark on the healing hike, stopping to practice a meditation from the book, journal, and enjoy a snack. Suitable for ages 12 & Up. Paper and pencils will be provided for journaling. However, you may bring your own journal if you prefer.
